Room was clean, one bed was very saggy, no shampoo or tissues in room, staff was courteous but we had trouble with our heating and was told there was no maintainence or person who could help us for 3 days…..luckily we were finally able to get it going ourselves. Bathroom was large and clean, but terrible water pressure.,sink drained very slow…They neglected to tell us that maid service was every other day so we came home to soggy towels the 1st night….room was reasonably quiet, tv was pretty good. Good location for airport and downtown. No breakfast or coffee, but none was promised…price was cheaper than most other nearby hotels.
