Great place if you like a soft bed.

Great service, very clean and relatively new hotel. Bed is too soft. Breakfast was great. Overall, a great place if you're OK with a very soft bed. For me, I would have to choose differently next time.

Driver shuttle very helpful and polite and front desk was really friendly, I go trough anchorage very often and when I have to pick a place to stay this is definitely it.

Room was clean with comfortable beds. We booked the hotel for a staycation to allow the kids to swim. We were disappointed when we learned that the hot tub that is in the pictures of the hotel is no longer there. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was kept well stocked.

Convenient location in midtown. Close to the airport and the alaska zoo and close to major highways so easy to get to places. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking.

Property was undergoing repairs and many facilities were not available The staff were lovely I would suggest providing complimentary water in guest rooms The bed was comfortable overall but I suspect two singles were joined and the mattress sagged at the sides Location is good

We were able to check in 3 hours early. No late check out though. Room was next to only elevator, rm 224. You could hear it every time. They would not store luggage either. People were nice.

What you see is not necessarily what you get!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to the airport. Breakfast adequate, coffee plentiful. Only negative is the room picture shown on website had a separate sitting area, but the room i got didn't. So a smaller, less comfortable space for the higher price. I sould have complained, but after a 30 hour flight didn't have the energy.
