front desk person pleasant.à This is a very basic hotel, fairly new and in good condition. Amenities are basic. carpet may not work for everyone. This hotel is fine for quick overnight.

This unit is very nice, My only issue was the picture was probably for the upper of the two units. Which is too bad as the lower unit, where we stayed is very nice. We would Definitely stay here again.

It's a great place to stay in Eagle River, Alaska. Everything is like brand new. It is extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would like to suggest is that some chairs we put outside of the rooms on the walkway so that three is someplace to sit outside when the weather is nice. We will definitely stay there again. Our next visit to Eagle River.

Staff was very polite and helpful during check in. The room was spotless, modern and roomy!! Very comfortable and appreciated the refrigerator, microwave and amenities. Would highly recommend to other travelers.

Based on all the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms were updated and very clean. The only thing would be a nice coffee station at the front desk for the morning coffee we had to run to Starbucks every morning. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice little motel right in town close to everything. I specifically did not want to stay in Anchorage. Eagle River had everything we needed and was nice jump off to drive out into the middle of the state.

We had a comfortable stay at Eagle River Lodge. The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The location was great for us. We spent time hiking at Eagle River Nature Center one day, and drove into Anchorage the next day. There are shops and restaurants close. A concern some might have is that there is no elevator. I knew that when we registered though, and expected to carry my suitcase up. 000 We also did not like that this hotel requires a security deposit. It was removed from our card after a few days, but still it is a rule that most other hotels we stayed at in Alaska did not have.

Pristine room and bathroom! Staff was so friendly which was much appreciated after a 7 hour drive. We really enjoyed the new and nicely rennovated rooms and felt the beds/pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends!

We enjoyed our time at this establishment. The check in was smooth and the person who checked in was charming. The Lodge is close enough to Anchorage and other sites. It is located across from a school and neighborhood.
