Worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever seen! Extremely dirty. Sticky floors, holes in walls. You feel dirty by just walking into the room with furniture that looks like it was salvaged from a junk yard. Do not stay here!!!

I liked that it was convenient to the airport and the train depot. The shuttle service was great and on time. But was not clean, so much dust on heater that I am sure no air would be able to come out. Sheets looked like they had been slept on. Very out dated and dirty.

Very dated and in need of maintenance. The door to our room stuck so badly on the hearth it was hard to open. The room was mostly clean but there were stains on the couch and carpets. There is no dining room as pictured. The shuttle was on time to pick us up from the airport.

The pictures were very misleading. If I had seen the actual pictures, I would not have booked a room there. There were homeless people in the parking lot and a broke down bus where some of them slept. I didn’t feel safe there. I was also woken up in the middle of the night by the upstairs guests. It sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. I had to call the front desk. There was a kitchen but it was useless. There were no pots to cook with, no plates or utensils. There was hair stuck to the bathtub spout, so disguisted when I went to take a shower. FYI Do not book a room there ever😡

The overall unit/room as great. It seemed cleaned but the first night I got there when I pulled back the blanket there were pills on the bedsheets. I called the front office and they sent someone with new bedding. They did have a shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport so that helped a lot and saved some money on Ubers. The hotel def looks different from the online pictures and there are homeless people around. The staff did hold my bags till it was time to head back.

The room was much bigger than anticipated but the fridge has crusty food in it. The rest of the room seemed clean enough. There is no sound proofing so I could hear my neighbors tv dialogue very clearly. It was convenient and affordable though. I wouldn’t stay in it without my husband being there next time.

This place looks like apartments converted to a hotel. I really needed a place to stay and this looked good for a reasonable price online. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't mind stairs, but it's good to be informed that this place has no elevator. The carpets are dirty, stained and the hallway smelled of urine. Inside the room smelled of strong mothballs and stale cigars. I asked management for clean bedding because what I found looked dirty and worn. I couldn't differentiate between crumbs, tiny lint peels, or bugs. I tried to get out of it but was travel-weary and it was late. Shower was hot, outdated, but clean. It was nice to grab a simple breakfast and coffee. The eating area is the tiny main entrance with no tables, two chairs. I will not be staying there again.

I really wished I could give more stars for the exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Free Airport shuttle was prompt and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered free rides to the train station. I was able to truly tell the staff was trying everything they could do to keep the guests happy. The room itself where we stayed in was quite clean and neatly maintained. But property itself is pretty dated, only if they could refresh the carpets, have a nice facade with property name and landscaping in the front and tidy up the front desk and add some pleasant fragrance would signicantly alter the first impression, coz once you get past that, room was very comfortable, we got more than we asked for, it had living room, and a full sized kitchen. I did not get a chance to try their breakfast. I really hope to give them another chance.

The oven and fridge worked excellent. The heater did not but thats ok , we rnfed ip findinga back ip one in the closet. Shower was clean as was the toilet. They do not serve breakfast like the site says. And you have to pay a hefty deposit which is also not mentioned. You also have to wait for 3 to 5 business days for your hefty deposit back. The guy at the desk was nice and attentive.
