I liked that it was convenient to the airport and the train depot. The shuttle service was great and on time. But was not clean, so much dust on heater that I am sure no air would be able to come out. Sheets looked like they had been slept on. Very out dated and dirty.

Very dated and in need of maintenance. The door to our room stuck so badly on the hearth it was hard to open. The room was mostly clean but there were stains on the couch and carpets. There is no dining room as pictured. The shuttle was on time to pick us up from the airport.

The overall unit/room as great. It seemed cleaned but the first night I got there when I pulled back the blanket there were pills on the bedsheets. I called the front office and they sent someone with new bedding. They did have a shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport so that helped a lot and saved some money on Ubers. The hotel def looks different from the online pictures and there are homeless people around. The staff did hold my bags till it was time to head back.

I really wished I could give more stars for the exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Free Airport shuttle was prompt and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered free rides to the train station. I was able to truly tell the staff was trying everything they could do to keep the guests happy. The room itself where we stayed in was quite clean and neatly maintained. But property itself is pretty dated, only if they could refresh the carpets, have a nice facade with property name and landscaping in the front and tidy up the front desk and add some pleasant fragrance would signicantly alter the first impression, coz once you get past that, room was very comfortable, we got more than we asked for, it had living room, and a full sized kitchen. I did not get a chance to try their breakfast. I really hope to give them another chance.

The room was comfortable and the bedding was clean! I think they could benefit from putting new furniture in there, as the lounge chair had a piece of tape on it covering a rip of some kind. But all in all, the whole experience was easy and convenient! My girlfriend said the outside of the building looked kind of sketchy when we arrived, but when she got inside she said that she was wrong to judge by the exterior - the inside was nice! I would stay there again.
