My family loved the comfy room - with all the amenities. A huge breakfast was available each morning- not only was it delicious- it was a huge hit with kids and adults alike. The property was within walking distance to the parks - but the trek can be long - especially for kids with tired feet :)

This is probably one of the best hotels I've been able to sleep in. The rooms were quiet and I couldn't hear anyone else at night, which was great. The staff was helpful and breakfast was plentiful every morning, even when it was busy.

The staff is wonderful. The hotel is a perfect location to get to Disney and to downtown Disney. The breakfast is average but free. Both times I’ve stayed here the pool was not open but we didn’t book for the pool so it was fine. This room and hotel is perfect for families or if you just like the extra room. Me and husband and our 4 adult children stayed here, and it was a perfect fit for all of us. The breakfast, the amenities in our room and the location is wonderful and such a great price. The rooms are clean and the staff are very kind and accommodating. I’ve stayed here twice already because everything it has to offer.

The staff here were amazing! So amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is older but it was clean. The location and walk time to Downtown Disney was about a 25 minute walk so not bad, very easy to get to though. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others but to let them know it is an older hotel. I was impressed that their laundry machines were no charge.

Great location, about a 15-20 min walk to downtown Disney. Would have liked more variety on breakfast. It was the same two things alternating days…scrambled eggs and sausages (type varied). Overall, this was a great place to stay with kids. It’s within walking distance of the Pixar Pals Parking Structure, making it easy to take the tram to and from Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and was a convenient way to start the day. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The juice and soda machine drip trays were dirty and unpleasant. The elevators could use a thorough cleaning, and the parking garage entry area would benefit from pressure washing. Our room was comfortable overall, but we noticed some mold around the window seals, and the shower continuously leaked, even when it was turned off. Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location and family-friendly amenities.
