Lovely staff! Complementary breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection of items. Very kid friendly. Pool and hot-tub were great. My only complaint would be that the linens were very thin, and our kiddos were quite chilly. The pillows were very soft and squished into nothing. The bed was a little lumpy (compressed by frequent use), but comfy overall. I'd for sure recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

I would like to thank all the dining staff who worked Breakfast on April 13th, 2024. They surprised us during the breakfast that the hotel offered with a happy birthday tribute/song/serenade to my grandson and gave him a balloon and he valued that so much. We thank you so much. Hyatt house more than just that incident. You really did accommodate us immensely. We a party of 7 too

Convent location if you’re going to Disney with walkable dining and shopping options. Varied enough breakfast even if you’re vegan (oatmeal or cereal w/ oat milk)

Very easy walk to Disney. Convenient location with lots of food options close by. Hotel hallways are very long. Rooms are outdated. Large bathroom with shower but no tub.
