I would like to thank all the dining staff who worked Breakfast on April 13th, 2024. They surprised us during the breakfast that the hotel offered with a happy birthday tribute/song/serenade to my grandson and gave him a balloon and he valued that so much. We thank you so much. Hyatt house more than just that incident. You really did accommodate us immensely. We a party of 7 too

This is an older property but well kept and clean. The rooms are very spacious and were well stocked for someone planning on an extended stay, they had cups, pots, pans, dish washing soap etc. Disneyland is a 5-10 minute walk and there are so many restaurants around the hotel. There is a Walgreens on the lower level which is so convenient if you forget to bring a toothbrush, toothpaste etc. The only thing i didn’t like was how thin the walls were, and you can hear everything going on in the room next to yours. So if you are staying here, just take ear plugs! Other than that, it’s a great place to stay especially if you are going to Disneyland.
