Great location. Free breakfast with helpful staff trying to keep up fresh food around 9am during weekday (in the summer). Strong AC which is great for hot summer day. Has underground parking $40/ day. Many restaurants and eateries in walking distance. Only complaint is shower pressure is quite low.

Everything you would expect the name Hyatt to be. This is a nice home away from home, convenient, a small useful kitchen if you decide to cook, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, very clean inside, elevator elevators were reasonably quick, parking was convenient, although catty corner from Disneyland - about a 17-20 brisk walk, restaurants everywhere (cheap eats and nice restaurants). This place will be my next stay when I'm in town

I really enjoyed my stay so I could spend a few days at Disneyland. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The lobby was full of great seats and not crowded. The staff were friendly and welcoming and Carlos made me feel at home, especially on the last day when I had to wait in the lobby for my ride to the airport.

Customer service was great. Front desk was able to accommodate and check me in a little bit earlier. I requested a room closer to our family members that were also staying there at the same time and they were able to get me in the same floor. It’s a great location, walking distance to Disneyland which was the reason for booking this hotel. The only negative was after a long day at Disneyland, we got back to the hotel after 11pm. Looked forward to a hot shower after the park and the shower water was ice cold. Waited til morning for warm shower. I’m not sure if I would book again for that reason.

Perfect for a Disney trip. Clean. Good included breakfast. Family of 5 in the room with two queens and sofa bed that my 11 year old said was actually comfortable.
