Great location for the Disney parks at a great price. The hotel is located about a half mile walk from the entrance to Downtown Disney at a fraction of the cost of a lot of the other hotels in the area. The rooms are decent, but basic, and the amenities are pretty limited (as an example, we could only get one key card when we checked in, because they don’t have enough of them), but it’s a great option if you’re going to be spending all day in the parks and just need a place to lay your head at night. Staff was friendly, and parking cost is also quite reasonable for the area.

There was sufficient parking (I always had place to park), the rooms were obviously modern and more than adequate. The room air conditioner was pretty loud, but it was during the heatwave in March and we were glad to have it. The property is also really close and easily walkable to the Disney parks with Downtown Disney a 10 minute walk at most. For the price, Eden Roc is a real bargin.

Room was fine. Definitely budget quality. Room was not 100% clean (Sticky spots on the floor, TV/Desk Top sticky, coffee machine dusty, moldy caulking in the bathroom etc) Queen beds were not Queen beds. They were definitely double on Queen frames. Sheets were too small for the beds and blanket was a super thin fleece blanket. It was close to Disney which is why we chose it. 20min easy straightforward walk. Area felt safe. The pool looked nice but we never used it. The A/C worked well. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was very nice since it’s a short walk to Disneyland. The room could be a little cleaner but I always carry disinfectant wipes everywhere I go so problem solved. Overall I would go back!
