Disney knows how to do hospitality like no one else. Amazing amenities, the kindest staff and people you will meet. They are there to help and do so with you feeling like you are special to them. My kids loved it and it was a worth while exchange. We had plans to venture out of the resort more than we did. Disney did a good job bringing us all we needed right on property.

CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK! The hotel is beautiful, with tons of thoughtful details. The customer service was above and beyond- as you would expect for Disney. Comfortable beds, lots of space, great water pressure, daily room cleaning. The dining options were excellent, with tons of convenience through the app. 10 min walk to the parks. This place lacks some of the simple amenities you would expect from a hotel. The water in our shower was scalding hot at all settings of the knob. The WiFi was terrible and unreliable so we tried just using our cell service and hot spots but the cell reception in the building is also hard to come by. The location is great for park entry but that’s all we felt we paid for for the price. Next time we will go back to staying at a Hilton property.

It’s hard to describe, but the overall atmosphere of the Disneyland Hotel was amazing. My sister and I had a wonderful time. We had a view of the fireworks which was perfect because we were celebrating her birthday. My most favorite thing was how the headboard lit up with the ‘Wish upon a Star’ jingle.
