I called around 7am to see of the possibility of checking in early as we were driving from far away, girl said our room will be ready at around 10:30. We went to the first park walked around, called the hotel around 12:00to see if the room was ready the guy said to come to the hotel at 12:30-45 and the room will be ready. Showed up at around 12:45. Nope the room was not ready he said come back at 1:30. Took a 30 nap in our car. Went to the front desk at 2 and he was checking in 2 rooms. At this point I am furious because of the lack of communication, he had no cares what so ever. Didn’t have to time to get up and call housekeeping. I will not be making a big deal if they would have told me from the beginning that I couldn’t check in early. Why lie??I get in the room and wifi and tv not working, I called the front desk multiple times and the guy said I will have my manager reset it. I had no wifi service the entire stay and tv only one channel worked, I was too tired to even call again.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Disneyland. It’s right across the street 10 minutes. Walk to the security check-in. Do you have to pay for parking your vehicle around $28 a day. The rooms are clean.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can hear everything around the bedrooms. Stayed there for 3 nights and we barely slept due to loud noise from room above and people working on the property. Would give it 0 stars if I could!

We stayed in two different rooms at this property and the first room was a family room with the bunk beds and smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke that lingered the whole time we were there. The second room was supposed to have 2 queen beds and they changed it to one king bed without notification, which didn’t work for our family. Staff was good to work with other than that.

The stff was great! It was easy to get to disney and back. Parking can be a real issue as far as getting in and out. Overall, its definitely worth it and we will be returning

The property is fairly basic. The biggest plus is the location, which is almost directly across from the main entrance to Disneyland. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious - we are there for Disney fun, so we only need a good sleep and a bathroom to get ready. The counter/sink is an extension of the main room, so family members can get ready while another uses the toilet or shower. Very convenient, particularly if you return to your hotel during the day, then return to the park.
