Staff was nice when we arrived. We kept having to go back to the office to re magnetize our key, which was suoer annoying. The first night the guy was very nice, the second night the guy was rude about it. Room was spacious and nice! Perfect spot to relax after the parks. We wish the pools were open later in the evenings.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel had free continental breakfast which was just full of cheap sugary snacks and cereals (wouldn't recommend) but also had a laundry facility. The room was decent, the faucet water from the room reeked of strong chlorine, there was also not many cabinets or closets to hang clothes so keep that in mind if travelling with a family.

Loved having the fridge, microwave, coffee, and hot tub! We called before to make sure the pool was open and heated and they said yes. But it was NOT heated. Some towels were stained and breakfast was all carbs, but overall it was a good deal.
