From the moment of check in. The staff was kind and helpful. We were early and they still tried to accommodate our large group to make sure we were happy. The location is close enough to the parks for our family, breakfast was a great variety each morning. We will definitely be staying again.

Room could have been cleaner but the size was perfect for our family of four. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a multiple day Disney trip. Disney is walkable. The bed was comfortable. We have a 12 and 9 year old and the pull out couch was a little smaller than other hotel pull outs they’ve stayed on but it worked.
