First time staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and the property is very close to Disneyland. Parking was easy and we enjoyed having the pool/jacuzzi while taking a break from Disneyland. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel stay was amazing! Just a quick 15 minute walk to the park. Room was cleaned every day. I would stay here again for that reason. And PARKING IS INCLUDED! The check in process was so quick and forward that I had no questions.

We were able to check in early which allowed us to park the car and unload our luggage and walk to Disneyland. The room was comfortable and an easy walk to Disneyland.

The room was wonderful, great to have two TV's in a family suite. Also nice to have a coffee/tea maker. The soap and shampoo in the washroom were very good. A very good location, a really nice hotel. I hope to stay there again someday. The only drawback that comes to mind is minor: the nearest drink machine to our room was out of order, but there was another one nearer to the front desk I found and purchased drinks there on occasion. Just a short walk. Overall I like the look and design of the hotel too. Very nice place to stay!

I was disappointed that they only had live TV, boring! I also double booked by room, and they did not reimburse me for one day, but not the other. Overall, close to Disney, clean, staff is very nice.

Everything about this hotel is great. Made sure we had everything we needed. Easy to get to everywhere nearby. Everything in working order. Only suggestion is the tile needs to be mopped more regularly. As it definitely left my some residue if you walked barefoot. Everything else felt clean.

Room was clean, great proximity to Disneyland, incredible pricing compared to other hotels and motels in the same area. Only negative was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s not a deal breaker. Will definitely be our first choice next time we come to Disneyland

AC was not working in our first room, but the staff was so kind, helpful and quick, getting us placed in an upgraded room at no cost for the remainder of the stay. Can’t beat free parking and reasonable walking distance to Disney! Def not ultra modern(it’s a castle), but had everything needed for the minimum sleeping time spent at the hotel. Looked like families were enjoying the pool and hot tub as we walked past but did not try those out ourself.

This hotel is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It is close to the park, always clean, the staff is nice and friendly. They go beyond to help their customers. Having free parking is also nice since we drive from another state.

Beds are a little hard, but can’t beat the walk to Disney and after jump in the pool or hit the hot tub. Laundry onsite makes it convenient and close to mall with tons of eatery choices, convenient stores all around as well. Super cute theme and super responsive staff. We had a plumbing issue and they were at our room within 5 minutes. Security guard walks the property at night, felt extremely safe

The staff was amazingly friendly, the room was so spacious. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite with 6 adults and one child. The only bad thing was the bathroom was always busy. But there was plenty of space for everyone.
