The hotel staff is extra extra patient and offer superb customer service! In particular we interacted with the front desk, the bistro attendant, the shuttle driver, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was great and made our stay pleasant. The Anaheim Majestic was a great place to stay for visiting Disneyland. The hotel was in a great location, the pool was great for the kids, the amenities were in great condition. The shuttle to the park was super convenient, just be sure to be there early because a lot of guests use it and the line can get long.

Clean room very close to Disneyland. Shuttle helped a lot to come and go. Very magical for kids. Their restaurant food was very good. Everyone very friendly. Only bad thing we stayed in a room that faced the freeway so it was kind of noisy at night. We will for sure stay here again but will ask for a room facing the garden.

Every was clean, Jen at the front desk was such a sweetheart. She made everything to check in so pleasant and easy. She made sure to give instructions on two ways to get to our room. Helped us with a late check out. She also helped us to get a two queen beds instead of our one king size bed because my two daughters flew in.
