I mean you get what you pay for is true. Property is alright just feels run down when you look closer. The problems were mainly in the room I had which was the largest one they offered. I share the issues in no particular order , shower only luke warm, main bedroom ac crap it was 98F outside so very much needed, living room tv never worked even after the guy came and “fixed” it, the pullout had many stains and what appeared to be blood spots and urine, the cabinets were all torn up, the bathroom vanity doors broken, and the bugs were horrible in the bathroom. The front desk guy was nice but other than that if you like cheap then this is the place, but I’d rather pay a couple extra bucks to have a working bugles bathroom.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life, and this is coming from a touring musician who has stayed in all sorts of sketchy places. NO HOT WATER, the place was infested with spiders, stains all over the sheets and mattress, dirt everywhere, the mirror was even tagged. We checked in around 12am after driving all day, and ended up having to find another hotel to stay at in the middle of the night, which was nearly impossible for a Saturday trip to Disney. You would be better off sleeping in your car and showering at a gym than booking here. Disgusting and I'm genuinely surprised this place is allowed to be in business.

I am requesting a full refund for my stay, as the room did not meet basic standards. I booked this hotel while working in the area and brought my children to explore the town. We checked in on 03/14 at 9:30 PM, needing the room only to sleep and shower before an early event. When we woke at 6:30 AM, there was no hot water. I called the front desk, and the employee told me to “let it run for a long time.” I ran the water until 7:20 AM, but it never heated. When I called back, I was told to wait for maintenance, who never arrived. No one else was available to assist, and there were no other rooms available. As a result, we were forced to shower in scalding cold water, which was extremely distressing, especially for my children. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, including a damaged and stained sink, making the stay even more unacceptable. This experience was unsafe and entirely below the standard promised at booking. Given these serious issues, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT BOOK HERE, I repeat DO NOT book here. The pictures on the site absolutely do NOT match what it actually looks like for the room. We checked in around 9pm, first room keys did not work, second room…let’s just say you definitely did NOT want to set any of your stuff down. The first time I ever entered a room and felt like would leave with a staph infection or bed bugs! The mattresses were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Mold on the bathroom, couch literally looked like it was pulled from the dumpster! People sitting in their cars doing drugs, a guy smoking a blunt where the vending machine was. Turned around and we left, after trying to give the keys back they offered another room-NO WAY!!! Not sure how this place is even listed on Expedia much less still in business! No fridge in the room, hair and stuff on pillows, mold on the tub, cut marks on the sink (I could only imagine from what). Bathroom door was soo dirty like it had never been wiped! Floor was GROSS! Never again. Did not stay. Asked for a refund and still fighting for one.

This place is horrible. There are bed bugs and cockroaches. We left a few hours after checking in because there was no way we were going to stay there. The internet didn’t work in the room. I’m waiting for a refund, but the hotel isn’t answering Expedia. When I checked out I told them I wanted a refund and they told me to go through Expedia. I took video and pictures of the bed bugs and I showed the staff. All they said is they could give me new sheets so I didn’t have to leave that night and I could check out in the morning. I told the guy I already had gotten new sheets and the bed bugs were all over them. Avoid this place.
