Valentina and Salvatore were excellent hosts, they were friendly, courteous, gracious and very accomodating. Their homemade breakfast spread is superb, you feel like a guest in their own home. The property is beautiful, serene, relaxing, and very safe. I cannot recommend this property and their hosts enough.

Our stay at Villa Anna was absolutely amazing! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. They helped us with everything from arranging transportation to securing reservations for restaurants, boat trips, and even massages. The breakfast was simply delicious, and communication throughout our stay was effortless. Villa Anna truly made our vacation unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday destination.

The room was fantastic. Comfortable, clean and quiet with good air conditioning. The pool is really peaceful in a beautiful garden. It is only a short walk to the bus stop and being the main termination in Anacapri you can always get a seat on the bus. The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional with home made cakes and tomatoes and other ingredients grown in the garden.

Quiet & comfortable.

Very nice couple running the place. The breakfast was awesome, they really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The owner even offered to provide dinner for the following day, with proper notice. The room was small but comfortable. Just realize, this is out of the way and not very close to things. It was a bit of a walk for us & figuring out which bus to take where, requires concentration, lol.

Beautiful Villa, awesome hosts!

Wonderful! This 4 unit Villa atop a hill in Anacapri has excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk from the bus. Anacapri is a separate town, but close to Capri. Our host offered to arrange a car ( 20euros) to drive us from the ferry to the villa, but we declined as we wanted freedom to explore. We went to the Blue Grotto, ate lunch, etc. Then found out the taxi was 40euros. Our host suggested bus and that was only 7 euros for 2of us and luggage. If you are healthy and can walk to bus stop, it’s a much better deal and an experience! Our host met us at the stop and took us the rest of the way. We walked it the next day without luggage. Valentina and Salvatore are super helpful and provided great homemade breakfasts and a comfortable “home” for us for a few days. And I swam in the Mediterranean on November 2nd! Warm and sunny!

Our stay at Relais Villa Anna was nothing short of wonderful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a true Italian-coastal experience. Perfectly removed from busy Amalfi but close enough to easily access restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of from booking transport, to laundry, to meals, and more. The history behind the villa and the constant view of the Tyrrhenian Sea are unmatched.”

Loved our stay here!

We loved our stay here. Our hosts were so kind and accommodating. We also loved the quieter location! The breakfasts were delicious and Valentina provided us with a takeout box so we were able to enjoy the leftovers for lunch! Perfect stay and perfect hosts.

Valentia is so great!! This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with a very attentive and friendly staff. Valentina cooks you a homemade breakfast each morning and is available for any and all questions. The location is a ten minute walk from Anacapri center and the bus stop, perfect location away from crowds but easy to get into the touristy part of the island.

This property is not close to anything. Taxis will not go there. It's an addition above the owner's primary home has minimal insulation between the walls & floors. The noise from slamming cabinets and stomping late every evening was so loud. Also the neighbors in units on both sides loud yelling, tv's, & basically any movement of chairs/other furniture were very loud through the walls. I asked the host about this constant noise and he dismissed it. Asked him to speak with the guests he said was making the noise he didnt. I even explained the noise from downstairs was coming up late in the evening at midnight. The family has three children & I heard their newborn crying, had to use earplugs to sleep. My unit had a lose toilet seat in the bathroom about to fall off. I told the host, it wasnt fixed so I ask again his wife to address it. I was using the pool on the property &wanted to use my phone which had a low battery. I went to the front desk area which had a charger cord that the host had allowed me to use the day before. I plugged in my phone and the host wife came out and began loudly yelling at me over and over. This went on for some time and was very upsetting to me. I stood in the same spot shocked & endured her telling me. watched other guests couples be offered additional information and offers for booking reservations, which apps to use for the local bus schedule,other suggestions never offered to me 62 solo 62 year old.

El lugar NO es un Hotel y es más bien un Air b n b administrado por una Pareja. La verdad el Hombre pretende hacer NEGOCIO de TODO y nos maltrató y gritó a mi Madre y a Mi. Haciéndonos esperar y perder 2 Horas de Tiempo. En lugar de pedirnos un Taxi. Para que le pagáramos a él . MUY MAL TRATO . UN LOCO NO UTILICEN.

Das Relais Anna ist ein ganz wunderbarerer Ort - bisschen Himmel auf Erden. Tolles Besitzer Paar die sehr um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt sind. Das kleine Boutique Hotel hat einen geheizten Pool mit einem wunderschönen Garten . Es liegt ca 200m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt oder zu Fuss 20min (bergauf) ins Zentrum von Anacapri. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr erholsam. Für mich einer der schönsten Orte auf Capri und eines der besten Hotels, wenn man das kleine feine zu schätzen weiss. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und werde gerne meine Kunden, die sowas schätzen können, ins Relais Villa Anna buchen.

beautiful place in Anacapri with the addition of the owners who are always available and very kind It was located in a quiet and home like neighborhood The room was clean and spacious with personal touch of the owners that you can’t find anywhere We felt comfortable and welcome at the villa Anna.
