Nice property and friendly staff. However they close the pool at 630. We felt they started to close by 6 by putting umbrellas down and chairs away. We enjoyed our time overall.

This local family owned hotel offered great service and very kind to offer free pickup and information of local restaurants. The breakfast was very good。Location of the hotel is very close to the bus stops and downtown of Anacapri. I would like to recommend it to my friends in future.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible customer service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuine, and they were always willing to help. One thing I appreciated was how informative they were in making it easy to explore the island. They took the time to explain the local bus system, making it simple to get around without any hassle. For added convenience, tickets for nearby activities and excursions could also be purchased directly at the front desk, which made planning our days effortless.

Really such a nice and helpful staff. They instantly made us feel welcomed and at home. The hotel itself is quaint and comfortable. Our room was small but clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and town. Fabrizio, Maria, and the rest of the staff were just wonderful. They provided ideas and helpful hints on where to go and what to do. The hotel is wonderfully located and we could walk to many places in Anacapri. It was also a short ride to the port and Capri center. The pool was so clean! The bar, snack bar, and daily breakfasts were great. They were constantly cleaning and straightening up various areas. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun stay and hope to return someday. Their warmth and hospitality was appreciated! We’ll think of you often Fabrizio and Maria and how you were a part of our first special experience in Italy!

Although the hotel’s décor may feel a bit dated, everything is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The pool is wonderful, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest’s needs are met. We received the best service here compared to any other hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. I would happily stay here again.

Nice staff, close to the bus, the only thing the room was a bit worn down and has a door linking to another room, even though it was locked but they were trying to open the door and you can see the door knob turn and also hear them talking.

Fabrizio et toute son équipe sont vraiment des gens extraordinaires, très attentionnés, nous donnant des conseils appropriés pour les visites, les restaurants ainsi qu’une aide précieuse dans l’organisation de notre séjour au quotidien. Les chambres sont très propres . Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, le snack restaurant de la piscine très sympathique aussi.
