Nice stay, this is more a hotel than a condo. Nice location, easy access from Central Station, close to the tram or walking distance to Jordaan. Only suggestion for improvement would be to stock the kitchen a bit more with equipment. One pot and one pan don’t go far, and the dishes were a bit short so we ended up running the dishwasher a lot.

A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre.

Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well.

We are a family of four and we stayed at the property for five nights. We walked to all the museums and liked that the hotel was tucked away from the main touristy areas. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food and the laundry was located in the apartment. The staff was helpful with everything. Just one small complaint - the sofa bed was okay for kids but would be brutal for an adult!

The location is lovely, there are frequent bus services into central station. The concierges on the front desk were chatty, friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. The only problem we had was using the combi microwave/oven, perhaps leave instructions in the accommodation?

I went to Amsterdam me and 3 mates. This was a great holiday I would definitely recommend staying here however if you want to save some money may be better off staying more central as we spent most of our walking 15-30 mins to the centre and further for other activities. Also, there was only 2 double beds and a double sofa bed it was a bit of a squeeze for 4 of us however it was adequate I would just suggest getting a bigger hotel if there are 4 of you. Overall good stay but location was a bit of an issue and amount of space in room.

Okay but would have picked a different place.

Stay was okay but cleanliness and building up keep left a lot to be desired. Property was clean enough, however a lot of scuff marks and stains on walls (especially in the kitchen). Also, the walls are paper thin so if there is a child in the bulding you're going to know.

Everything we were looking for in an apt hotel - charming quiet neighborhood,comfortable beds- well equipped kitchen a washer/dryer! and very happy we paid a little more for the canal view. Staff was very helpful with our requests. No a/c but they provided an extra fan when we asked.
