Staff was very helpful (thank you). Public transport connection is very convenient (line 2 to city center / centraal station). Not sure about the 4 star rating but room was clean and convenient and I was happy to get an affordable rate during a busy conference week in Amsterdam.

Wonderful hotel perfectly situated right behind a 2 tram stop..2 tram an easy very scenic ride towards city center..and also just a few minutes walk (in the same direction as the tram goes towards city center) to a lovely authentic relaxed Netherlands neighborhood with bars, restaurants, cafes..shops..grocery etc etc a must!

Happy stay in Amsterdam

We arrived early and requested to leave our luggage so we could explore, this worked well, although the reception staff were not very friendly. Later when we found our room after no directions from reception, we were pleasantly surprised by a large comfortable space with plenty of storage. The cleaners were amazing throughout the stay. We paid for breakfast, which was adequate. We would use XO Hotels again and recommend to others.

Very good Hotel. Whoever you are far from all touristic places. We walked, but more than an hour walk each way. The tran stop in front of the Hotel and you can take it if you want.

Wonderful stay

I've stayed at this hotel for a week as I was visiting Amsterdam and I fully recommend it. Neat place, close to the public transportation (right in front of tram 2 direct from/to Amsterdam Centraal and 10 min away by foot to metro), Supermarket and great restaurants. Also not far from the inner city. Extremely clean and comfortable, and staff attentive to details (a light bulb blew during my stay, was changed the day after without requesting!).

Beautiful and spacious room and bathroom, would happily stay again. Only downside was no shower gel dispenser which would have gone well with enjoying the lovely shower - but there was some small tubes of shower and hand gel provided :)

Second visit to Amsterdam! The location of the property is perfect! Tram is right in front of the building. 15-20 minute tram ride to all areas. The hotel is clean and in a safe area. 30 minute ride from airport!
