Got the XL room for 4x folks and it surpassed all our expectations - extremely spacious, clean and the hotel itself was an amazing mix of work/vacation folks that made it feel safe at all times. Really good position for getting around the city, comfortable rooms but the staff stood out the most - really helpful throughout. Bags were lost at schipol, I gave them a heads up I would be late, by the time I got there I'd been upgraded to a studio apartment unit. Breakfast upstairs gives you great views of the city, good range to start the day with. Will definitely stay there again.

Fab hotel but need more staff in the roof top bar

The look and the feel of the hotel was fab and the staff were really friendly. Underground and tram stops close by. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing and such a nice way to chill after long day sightseeing. The only problem was the understaffing of the roof top bar and restaurant. We waited over an hour for our drinks and then they only brought the cocktails and not the cup of tea so we left. The staff were really apologetic but they were just so understaffed ☹️ Because of this we didn’t go back to eat there.
