We had a short stay of two nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was quite spacious and in an excellent condition. Very quiet in spite of a main road nearby, though some noise from the floor was occasionally audible.

The newly renovated hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was great. The only thing I could have mentioning; the bathroom is spacious but the shower is tiny. However, there is also a bath. All and all, a fantastic stay

This is a lovely hotel surrounded by green open spaces. The hotel is newly refurbished so all furnishing in the public areas and the room we stayed in are new. The restaurant serves a beautiful buffet style breakfast and serves a basic but wholesome menu for lunch and dinner. Food quality is excellent and the staff extremely kind and attentive. Plenty of parking is available but to go to central Amsterdam, the bus is the best choice. The stop is less than 100 meters away and takes you directly to Amsterdam central. The villages of Volendam and Edam al almost within walking distance.

Very good choice in Amsterdam area

We stayed there several times in the last12 years. The hotel maintains its good quality of service and comfort. The rooms are large, an excellent breakfast buffet, free parking, and an easy way to go to Amsterdam by public transportation (18 min). Very good restaurant on the premises. We highly recommend it!

No one should ever be given the rooms bed the swimming pool. The rooms were miserably hot and nothing was done. It was terrible and we could not sleep.

For some reason my room card (room 413) wouldn't work on the 3rd evening, which was a problem as it was after 10.30 in the evening, and i was a single 69 year old traveller. I returned to reception and the card was reset, i returned again to the 4th floor to find it still wasn't working. A member of staff then escorted me to the access door on the 4th floor to ensure it worked the 3rd time.

The room was smelled mold, and spayed air freshener which caused even worse. The worst part was no Wi-Fi internet service in our room. We reported the issue the first day after check-in, but no constructional answers for that. No technician came to fix it or no compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionist kept telling me that they can’t do anything because the manager was not there. And no one knew when the manager will reply the emails to address the issue due to the coming weekends. It was absolutely unacceptable no one in the building taking any responsibility to address customer’s requirement. We were very disappointed, and won’t recommend the hotel at all.

Daß Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Matrazen, Kissen sind sehr gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sehr sauber. Das Zimmer und Bad ist sehr groß und viel Platz auch mal einen halben Tag oder länger sich darin aufzuhalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Mehrere verschiedene Brot und Brötchen Sorten, schokobrötchen, Croissant, Rosinenbrötchen. Ob warm oder Kalt gibt es eine sehr ausreichende Auswahl. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle nach Volendam oder Amsterdam direkt vor dem Hotel. Transfer nach Amsterdam ca. 25 Minuten (5 Haltestellen), hervorragend für eine Stadtbesichtigung, je nach Ticket ist dieses nur für die Strecke in die Stadt und zurück gültig (spezielle Pauschal-Tickets beachten). Frühstücks-Buffet hervorragend! Zimmer geräumig, sauber und sehr schön, da Hotel neu erbaut oder renoviert ist. Für Kurzaufenthalt mit Ausflügen in der näheren Umgebung sehr geeignet.

Mooie kamers schoon goed uitgerust. Zwembed was lekker om even af te koelen. Onze kamers zaten bij de trap waar ook een soort loopplank was voor koffers, kinderen gingen hier overheen rennen dat was erg gehorig.
