Upon arriving hotel looked lovely at the entrance right at the harbour with a beautiful view, staff we're very friendly and helpful, our family room was very large and clean, breakfast was lovely, great choice of different foods and very fresh.

Room was perfect! We asked if possible for a higher floor and port view and the front staff kindly allowed it. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and the individual duvet covers meant I didn’t have to share! Being a 45min walk to the more touristy places meant it was quiet at nice. The bus stop outside to Central Station meant getting around was super easy.

We really loved the hotell. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. We loved that there was easy to take the bus in to the city center. Would absolutely recommend to everyone traveling to Amsterdam. A big +++++ is that there was a bus station för the airport bus just 5 min away! Made our traveling so much easier.

Really enjoyed my two night stay. I actually liked that it was away from the city centre - it was very accessible by bus and tram. There's a lovely swimming spot near the hotel in summer. My room was spacious and had lovely views. The breakfast was nice, but I'd like to see some more vegetables. Staff were very friendly. I found the hotel price expensive (with high tourist tax on top) but it's reflective of Amsterdam and peak periods.

The Hotel is well connected despite being a little away from the city center. A bus comes and goes frequently giving you an excelente connecting option. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The AC cools the room almost instantly

Rooms and the whole area in and around the hotel are all clean and new. The view from the front is amazing, and it is really close to the city center but still isolated enough from the crowd and noise. Out of all the positives, the best part is the staff. They were so nice and helpful; it was a true delight to stay here, and I will come back for sure!

Hotel was a good base for the city. Bus stop right outside to get to the main city. Breakfast was a good choice. Quite busy at times though. Staff helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant the night we arrived and lots of options were not available and the girl behind the bar was a little unfriendly / that was our only negative during the stay.

The room we were assigned had little to no housekeeping. At one point I had to track down the maids cart for fresh towels. I'd go out all day from early morning to late afternoon so there was plenty of time to clean room yet if they showed up it was after 5pm. The blinds in the room didn't work which provided no privacy and it took two days to remedy. The breakfasts were very good.
