Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The walk to the tram stations is manageable normally, but dragging a heavy suitcase through snow and ice made it feel longer than it actually is. The staff at check in were excellent. Kate at the reception desk deserves a mention because she was incredibly friendly and genuine. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Perfect place to stay. A bit out of the way of central Amsterdam but a quick bus trip in. Close to supermarket, meals on site and friendly staff.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast!

Although not in the city center, this gem of a hotel is really only a 10 minute bus ride and short walk away. Everyone was Incredibly professional, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would say that the rooms need more lighting- it seemed a bit dark to me. Other than that, I Highly recommend!

There is only a black out curtain in the room and the windows are huge and looking directly into other windows. There is no privacy screen that lets in light. Breakfast price is high. Hotel is clean, staff are nice, room size is perfect. Is a hike from the centre of the city which is great for getting away from the noise but a workout for your legs or wallets.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Beds super comfy. Breakfast plentiful. Loved Amsterdam & Edam & villages. Hotel is a bit of a way from city but so easy to get to on the 22 bus about 8 minute walk,straight to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Beautiful area around hotel ,with a supermarket and other restaurants nearby. We would happily stay here again. Think rooms that overlook other buildings would be better with blinds or a net curtain on windows as they are big. And free tea/coffee facilites in the room ,would be a nice touch ,especially after getting back from the city. All in all though, a great hotel and would recommend

I will absolutely be booking this hotel for future trips to Amsterdam. I love the area, feels very safe and clean and on a beautiful waterfront. The rooms are large, mine felt like a suite. The main reason I would book this hotel again was the staff. Every person working there was so kind and sweet to my family after a very early flight. Throughout the duration of our 2 day stay they just went above and beyond.
