The hotel is small but not cramped, the staff are very welcoming, efficient and very friendly. Its location is a very convenient 10 minute walk and easily found location from the central station ( even with wheeled luggage). The cleanliness is visible throughout the entire building. Heartily recommend this for a base from which to explore Amsterdam.

Brilliant property and lovely stay. 5 minute walk to the centre but easier to get around on a bike which can be rented from the hotel. Would highly recommend and will be booking again next year :)

A wonderful spot. A beautifully restored historic property which exudes character and charm. Our room was specious and well-appointed with fascinating historic furnishings, and the sky-high ceiling contributed to the feeling of comfort. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fabulous hotel from the moment we arrived. The lounge area was inviting, the reception informative, and the room we reserved was massive. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom had all of the luxuries of home. The breakfast is outstanding! My only comment would be that if you shut the door to the bathroom while you shower, the condensation is a noticeable problem. Other than that, we have no complaints!
