Generally a good hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff and food in the bar were exceptional!! Comfortable bed and very good gym. Issues with shuttle that were not the driver's fault - not everyone able to get on the shuttle as it was full. Also it took staff 30 minutes to come to our room to unlock the safe as the batteries died. Stressful as we were checking out to catch a flight. Otherwise a good hotel.

Everything was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The only one negative was the shuttle. The shuttle was extremely convenient but the drivers (all) were rude and did not even attempt to help anyone, regardless if they were disabled or not.

Got in late in the evening. Lots of people waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Had to wait for a second shuttle - not the hotel’s fault. Restaurant was good, but expensive. Asked for regular water, but got bottled. Good water, but not worth 9 euros a bottle. Hotel itself was lovely. Clean, modern, and outfitted with exceptional cabinetry.

I checked in online but still had to queue for quite a while. It would be good if there was a system where you could not have to queue. I did not use the facilities but the room was clean, bright, quiet and well presented. The airport shuttle is 6am and 6.30am, not 6:15 like is stated on the information on Expedia/Website
