My family and I had a wonderful stay. They were able to accommodate my request for connecting rooms, so my family of 5 was able to all be together. This was much appreciated. The location of the hotel is very central to everything, so we were able to walk everywhere.

We cannot say enough abou the Sofitel Grand! From the impeccible service to the beautiful spa facilites, it was amazing. I traveled with two of my young children and the staff was so attentive and kind to all of us. The small details, such as infused water and light snacks in the lobby every day, to the attention to detail when room service brough our orders, really made us feel pampered. The concierge was so helpful, she guided us through making plans for a day trip to Belgium, she suggested activities, gave us tips on using the Eurostar, and always asked if we enjoyed our excursions when we returned to the hotel each evening. The room was gorgeous--spacious, a great bath tub to soak in after a long day, a well equipped coffee and tea station and beautiful linens. An employee came around each evening with additional items such as water, tea, coffee, etc so that we had everything we needed each night. Room service was fast and the food was delicious. My kids enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool each afternoon. Was a great way to unwind after busy days of sight-seeing. The experience was very well curated and the attention to detail was apparent with every interaction throughout the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning. They were decorating for the holidays and it was so beautiful. The staff was amazing and so attentive.

The Sofitel is within the heart of Amsterdam and therefore within easy walking distance of most of the attractions the City has to offer. We had a superb time in great City and in a great hotel. See you again soon 😄

Definition of luxury property. Staff was amazing only helpful. Everything from finding dinner reservations to calling taxi’s to even giving a walking history tour of the property. Location was very convenient and walkable to most sites

Highly recommended!

Great location. Extremely good service. Nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Rents out bikes. I was very happy with my stay. The interior was a bit dated, otherwise everything was great. Big rooms too.
