All the facilities were very good gym, pool etc Only deducted one star because the rooms service (cleaners) came on several nights at around 6.00pm which is when we were getting showered and ready to go out for the evening

The staff was absolutely amazing. My nephew had a medical emergency in our room, and the hotel staff was instrumental in contacting the paramedics. The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. The suites are very nice, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
