I really love this hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive, they cleaned the rooms daily, the hotel is right in the middle of central Amsterdam, with shops, restaurants, nightclubs and coffee shops. A canal is right across the street also. Just book!

Great location close to 397 airport buss stop and just across the street from the bustling Leidseplein entertainment and nightlife hub in southwest central Amsterdam. Easy walk to the Museumplein hub. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good size room with cocktail table and desk. Rain and handheld shower with good pressure and hot. Cold AC which was huge during the heatwave. People complain about the old windows not providing good sound proofing. We slept well with black out curtains and our canal view was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet along with eggs, omelettes, waffles and pancakes made to order. All around good value and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was my second stay at Park Centraal. The location is wonderful, especially if you are interested in visiting the museums. The hotel however is in need of a serious refresh. We stayed in the junior suite; it was being in a bunker underground. The decor was horrendous and the rug is a tripping hazard. All of the carpeting in the hotel is in dire need to be replaced.

Great location to museum district, clean and quiet room. Only negative is the shower situation. While its looks are aesthetically pleasing, it’s not practical. The water leaks under the bottom of the shower door into the main bath area and the whole floor ends up getting slippery, which is dangerous.

The property is in a great location. Staff was superb. The gym was closed and they comped the breakfast. Bathroom was small and poorly designed for a person who is big ( I’m 6’4”).
