I really love this hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive, they cleaned the rooms daily, the hotel is right in the middle of central Amsterdam, with shops, restaurants, nightclubs and coffee shops. A canal is right across the street also. Just book!

The location, staff, room size and comfort were great. The down side were the bed side lamps as they had exposed light bulbs which were hard on the eye. The room was meant to have a fridge/mini bar but didn’t. All in all an excellent hotel and I wi stay there again.

This was my second time staying at Park Centraal. This time brought my mobility challenged mother. Tho it’s not listed online anywhere I found they DO have a handicap accessible room which was perfect for her. The location is great with many dining options close by and canal cruise directly across the street. This stay was as nice as my first and staff was above helpful with storing and getting all our luggage and mothers wheelchair into 2 rooms on opposite ends of hotel. We arrived very early (10 am) with a 3pm check in time. We knew we would need to wait but they actually had both of our rooms ready within an hr which was above what I was expecting. So grateful for that!!! Highly recommend!

Great location close to 397 airport buss stop and just across the street from the bustling Leidseplein entertainment and nightlife hub in southwest central Amsterdam. Easy walk to the Museumplein hub. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good size room with cocktail table and desk. Rain and handheld shower with good pressure and hot. Cold AC which was huge during the heatwave. People complain about the old windows not providing good sound proofing. We slept well with black out curtains and our canal view was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet along with eggs, omelettes, waffles and pancakes made to order. All around good value and would not hesitate to stay there again.
