Amazing location, straight outside central station! Our room was in the basement which lacked any natural light and the shower flooded the bathroom after each use which was a bit annoying, but comfy beds and helpful staff. Ideal for 2 nights stay if getting the Eurostar. Close to all the action!

Location, Location, Location was perfect for us. The staff were polite and helpful. The room although small was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could not keep both suitcases open in our particular room on floor 1, we worked around that. We did have elevator access to our floor as well as a Nespresso machine in our room and an excellent commercial coffee machine in the lobby. The lobby could use a refreshing, our room was redone and I had no real complaint. The one struggle was no defined space for the shower, so like a wet room but the floor was not sloped enough in the direction of the drain, so you had to take short controlled showers not to make the bathroom all wet. We were able to keep the water to about 1/4th of the floor. Otherwise the hotel met all of our needs.

This hotel is in a smaller older building, but the room was what I needed for a one night stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Could use better lighting, especially in the bathroom. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located.

Very convenient location which is few minutes from the Central Station and town Centrum. The rooms are small but they are clean with air conditioning and coffee cups (coffee machine at reception is free to use). The bathroom was small but since we only use the hotel to sleep with most of our days outside and about, it was a good choice for us. I would recommend.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only a 4-5-minute walk from the Amsterdam Centraal Station. However, the room I was sold, room number 701 was not what I would call a hotel room worth £115 per night. Firstly, it is located in the basement of the hotel, there is no window, to get to the bathroom/toilet you must squeeze by the foot of the bed and the wall. The bathroom/toilet was clean with a good supply of towels and basic toiletries, and a nice powerful shower. There was also an efficient AC unit. The worst and unacceptable feature was the access to the basement where the room is located, via a steep, tight spiral staircase. Navigating that staircase with a heavy luggage was quite dangerous. I feel for those guests who have any back problems. For that reason I would not stay in that hotel and not in that room. Although my booking confirmation stated that it was a room in the basement, but there was no indication of how treacherous the access to that room was. The staff was very friendly and polite, though.

Totally perfect location, super close to the central station and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and venues. Staff was friendly, checking us in quick and efficiently. Only a couple small issues: the shower can easily make the bathroom a soaked flood if not cautious, the room was clean enough but not quite ideal, and the staircase up to the room was incredibly steep to get up (especially with luggage). Neighbouring rooms can be a bit loud so be sure to bring earplugs!

The front desk staff were wonderful. The room and bed were comfortable and the location perfect. My only negative comments were about the bathroom door which was a heavy glass opaque barn door..terrible. It came off the track multiple times and hate see through doors on a bathroom. The room lighting was also a bit dark for me, but everything else was great.

Our room was really small with two joined twin beds. Maybe 10 feet by 15 feet. It felt like a converted attic with a slanted wall. It would have been nice if there was a shelf or luggage stand that folded out to put your suitcase on. The room was very clean, quiet and modern. The AC system worked flawlessly in the heat. It would have been better if they had USB outlets for charging phones and what not like I've seen in other hotels. The bathroom was a tiny combo room, maybe 4ft by 4 ft with the shower and toilet. With the pitched painted floor, water got everywhere and the floor was slippery. It would be nice if they had anti-slip pads on the floors. Also, they could use a shelf in the bathroom. It was really close to Amsterdam Centraal and easy to find. The staff was helpful in helping you find your destination.
