Great location. Easy to access from central station via tram. Great area to walk from with lots of dining. Rooms were tiny but the bed was extremely comfortable. Very quaint. All said we would stay there again.

Lovely, discreet hotel. It's in a busy, touristy area but feels calm and quiet. My room was gorgeous - spacious, comfy bed, lovely shower and window opening out on to a balcony overlooking the canal. It's my second time here and I will be back.

The property was excellent. Obviously a lot of history but expertly renovated. The staff was excellent; very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a train to the airport was a maybe 100 yards away. Across from the Waldorf where celebs and diplomats stay.

What a COOL Room! My wife and I started our trip in London, to Amsterdam, then to Paris. This was the best room during the Entire trip. We had a great canal view, bed was very comfortable, very quiet, and awesome architecture and design. It embraced old world charm with modern amenities. The staff was fantastic and very helpful too. The only negative I can think of is the is no lift/elevator, and the stairs are (what I overheard another tourist say) “very Amsterdamish” (HAHA!) almost like climbing a ladder. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and looking forward to it!

Room was great and the staff helped me carry my bag, which was very appreciated. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot from the other people in/around the building, but that’s to be expected with such an old building so it’s okay.
