We stayed at No. 377 House for our final night in Amsterdam. We were in search of a place with air conditioning as it was the middle of a heat wave. This place was a blessing. The staff was super helpful and kind, the room was spacious and cool, the bed was comfortable and the little balcony was a bonus! It's also convieniently located to sights and transit.

The service was excellent! Very friendly and made checking in and out easy. They are not onsite overnight but we had a contact number if we needed assistance. The hotel is located on a corner within view of the canal. The hotel was petite and the stairs were classic Dutch stairs (tiny and steep). The air conditioning was a bit weak, we ended up opening the windows. Overall, the hotel functioned the way we needed it to. It was a place to rest during our adventures and it did the trick.

Our room was lovely and when the front desk manager was there, they were helpful but was rare. We had an elevator issue due to a sensor and didn’t come up to get us. We took stairs which was ok but not ideal. The location was awesome and the big windows in room. The lobby is a little worn down.

You could not ask for a better location, more charming rooms, or better hosts than at this wonderful, newly remodeled place. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom were spacious, with a view of rooftops and windmills. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, with a quick walk to the very center of Brugge, and all it has to offer. Breakfast was absolutely beyond imagining with a wide variety of choices, and fresh squeezed juice and desserts with every breakfast. The choices were better than at any five-star hotel, and in beautiful surroundings. I would never stay anywhere else in this town than Mirabel!

The location was fantastic (walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and public transit) and the decor was nice. The room size was very good, and we found the bedding very comfortable. Room was also very clean and tidy. Only downsides in our room: ventilation/fan wasn't working, and the bathroom toiletries seemed to be watered down.

As much as I would like to give a good review, as the owners were lovely and arranged wine, chocolates and balloons in our room as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. The hotel had a very strange vibe. I was shocked at the cleanliness and condition of the property. The flooring is in a terrible condition and needs replacing, the room, although surface clean was in need of dusting and a deep clean. On a positive note, the elevator was working and the location was fantastic.

It's clean, comfortable and tidy but it is an old building and is a bit shabby around the edges, plus the walls are thin so you hear your neighbours. Nice enough view from the canal view room. Staff very helpful and polite. Stairs extremely steep, but they have a lift. Also, steep stairs to get into building, so be aware. Hotel is an old building and obviously difficult to take care of compared to a new building. Room is comfortable. Bed comfortable. Lots of dusting needed. Bathroom clean on arrival; however, not cleaned during stay. Room AC was apparently broken as we had a portable unit that had to vent out of the French doors which when oven to vent, warm air came in. Mini fridge supposed be restock daily, but a few days while there it was not and we had to leave a note. I will say this was a nice area to stay in and close to coffee, restaurants and metro stops.

Nice location and view. The bathroom was not great: - Bring your own shampoo, shower get, etc. What they have was super watered down - There was sewer smell, typical for Amesterdam old properties by the canals. Bring a chromecast if you want to watch your own shows. The TV can be hooked up via HDMI Go for it if all you need is a place to stay with great location.
