Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, had everything and more than we could Ask for! Room was spacious and nice and it was very to take yourself to amsterdam centraal. Would reccomend everyone to visit.

My first trip to Amsterdam and we opted to stay here. The hotel is approximately half an hour from Amsterdam itself and this was easily accessible by the tram (number 17) which is a 5-10 min walk. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and supermarkets if needed. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. Would highly recommend if you wanted a good hotel outside the city centre itself that has transport links to all over. Would stay again.

Requested a twin room, had to move the beds apart as they are placed right next to each other, that revealed some rubbish. Room was very dusty, clothes were covered in dust - I don’t recommend wearing / taking black clothes. Can hear peoples conversations in the corridors / opening and closing their room doors. For the price it was a nice stay - about 30 minutes from central. Located in a residential area right next to a school. You must make sure you have cash if you want to buy something from the vending machines - they only take cash!

Staff was very nice, but the Expedia description of this property was not even close. It says there’s a bar, in reality there’s a mini fridge with a selection of beer and wine. Expedia says they have laundry services, but they do not. We knew location and dining in this area would not be convenient so that’s on us. Air conditioning did not work. It was muggy and stuffy in the room the entire time. Windows didn’t open enough for fresh air to move around. The pictures make it look great, but it seems to be a very old hotel needing remodeling badly.

The only think I didnt like is our room was right above the front entrance. This is apparently where the smokers congregate. They were very loud talkers.You could hear them from the room late into the night and starting around 5am.
