The hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room was very clean and had a nice view of Central Station and the canal area. Very proximate to a lot of restaurants and quaint old bars. Quick walk to Centrall Station. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great standard of service and very comfortable beds. Strange room 353 layout where you take six steps down from the doorway to access the bedroom area although the bathroom is on the same level as the doorway.

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast. It was in a very good location, close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Property is close to the train and lots of restaurants, good for discovering Amsterdam! I was not fond of the beds amd pillows, bed was very hard. As I was checking out, a staff member told me I should have asked for a mattress topper, I smiled and said thanks. That would have been useful information at check-in. Hotel also doesn't have a microwave, so hope you like cold leftovers. If you enjoy staying inside hotels on vacation, this place os great. Restaurant and bar inside with a lovely café just next door. Great water pressure as well.

Stayed at this property for two nights 28-08-26 and this was my third stay .. the property has been extensively renovated to a very high standard… my Heart goes out to all staff members who run this hotel from the cleaning staff to managers. It’s spotless … couldn’t fault this hotel …. Will definitely be staying here when we transit through to Aruba … Room 409 was an excellent choice I might add .. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile again. C&G
