first of all I want to be in this aerea. The staff is very helpful and very importent the garage in which you can park the car. The room is very nice and practical.

The locks on the doors didn't work correctly endless trips to reception to either get another card or they came to let me into my room, first window blinds - second room had a broken chair and the general state of the rooms were 'tired' the flooring is old laminate flooring full of chips and scrapes which added to the general feel of the whole hotel. wouldn't stay here again.

The blow dryer and the shower were not working properly. The toilet wasn’t clean as there was hair on it which clearly wasn’t ours. We complained a few times and the service was very friendly but didn’t make ant effort until we checked out. At least we were told that we would get a refund with regard to the occasions.

Passt, mit wenigen Abstrichen.

Buisinesshotel mit gutem Standart. Einzig etwas störend war, dass unser kleiner Hund nicht in den Frühstücksraum durfte. So mussten wir unsere Teller mit dem Frühstück quer durch die Lobbi tragen.

A good hotel in a quiet area of Amsterdam. Very Good breakfast and very convenient if you have a car, as there is plenty of parking around. Distance from the center is a quite a bit, and unfortunately the metro is about 15min walking. They have a strange cleaning policy, so you need to book the room cleaning (it's free) otherwise they will skip the day. It's not a problem but they need to inform better the customer at check in.
