From the moment we walked through the door we felt like family. We stayed here last year and loved it, so when we found we were returning there was only one hotel we would even consider. It is a 3-minute walk to the museums and to the concert hall so for us that matters. Staff were excellent. The morning breakfast is fantastic.

Everything was great - able to check in a tad early as we were drenched from the rain trying to meet up with our uber from our boat. Many amenities in the room. Canal view!!! Down the road from Riks and Van Gogh Museum. Had breakfast once and loved that you could get scrambled eggs!!! Buffet was beautiful and market was fantastic for whatever you wanted - wine, beer, coffee, pastries, light dinner, snacks, etc. Very modern accommodations. Room cleaners were great!

My room was a nice corner one and it was large and bright. I didn't buy the breakfast but it looked really good (worth the price). Overall, no complaints.

Our stay was phenomenal. The room exceeded our expectations. The floor to ceiling windows were everything. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated and clean. The hotel was away from the noise and hustle and bustle, which is ideal as I am a light sleeper, but just a few blocks from The Rijksmuseum and all the wonderful cafes and shops. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

Fantastic hotel, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the reception staff were great too. Worth remembering that you need to pay 12.5% of room value per stay, upon arrival for city tax, as we had ignorantly missed that. Will definitely stay again - good location, amazing views and those big windows are something special. They also went out of their way to help celebrate my husbands birthday, massively impressed
