The hotel was in a great spot with fantastic water views but quite out of the way and far from the center. When we booked it came under 4 & 5 Stars but their staff said that it's only 3.5. There is no phone or a fridgne in the room and no comlpementary water but breakfast was very good. The staff were all excellent and did their best to accomodate us.

The staff were nice and the room was okay. If you need to be in the Houthavens area for a short visit it’s adequate. The biggest issue I had was the food. It was awful. Given how few dining options there are in the area, the hotel could go further if it improved its dining options. The staff could have been more knowledgeable about what dining options there were.

Friendly and helpful check-in. We were upgraded to rooms both with outstanding views of the harbour one with double-spect windows. The rooms were clean and well-equipped but the climate control was difficult to operate and the room was quite cold overnight. Reasonable choice at breakfast but the music volume was intrusive.
