Great hotel, wonderful, friendly and super helpful staff. We had the triple room which was perfect for myself and my two teens. The beds were quite comfortable and the AC was a great reprieve during the hot summer. Only critique was that the room was a little tight and could use a few more hooks to hang a hand towel. Overall it was a wonderful hotel located in a fabulous location.

Great location. We stayed in a quadruple room and the beds are a bit small - not standard size width wise. So something to think about if you are a bit bigger. Also sound proofing wasn't great so we could hear our neighbours who were partying through the night which was frustrating.

Pros -lively-but-laid back location -Easy check in -relatively clean -free morning coffee Cons -Bathroom door didn’t close all the way -Don’t stay here with someone you don’t want to see nude…the two-way glass seemed to be installed in reverse. You can’t see anything from the shower, but everyone in the room can see you from outside. Could be a bit awkward for some. -Very tight quarters, especially for families who need a crib. Overall, we don’t regret booking a room here. It’s a solid 7/10 for us.

Stayed at Melrose Hotel and really enjoyed the location. It's conveniently close to the airport express bus stop, within walking distance of the Anne Frank House, shopping areas, and grocery stores. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a huge plus during our stay. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, but they didn't replenish the tea bags or clean the used tea cups. One thing to note is that the bathroom glass is almost see-through, which may be a downside for some guests. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.

The rmoos are clean and well thought out, they are not big rooms but the space is used well. Smaller room is a small price to pay to be right there on the Nine Streets and lots of shopping. Coffee Houses, shops, bakeries cheese stores, fashion and art. It's all right at your fingertips at this property. Front desk makes you feel like you're staying with friends.
