Hotel served our purpose well for a brief stay near the airport. Staff helpful. Rooms are small with few extras but functional for a short stay. We appreciated the coffee tea bar being available 24/7. If you arrive late food choices are limited. Restaurant closed at nine pm. We did walk a few minutes down the street to another hotel with a restaurant open until 11pm so were able to get something there. But otherwise there is nothing close. Appreciate free shuttle to the airport but it does get crowded. The Styles picks up first then goes to the other 2 IBIS hotels near by. We would this again if needed for a short stay near airport.

Good place to stay close to airport. Clean rooms, quiet and good value. We were able to leave our luggage so we could go see Amsterdam. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people. There is a shuttle to airport that ran on time throughout the day and night to the airport. The rom could really use some usb ports for phones and other devices.

The staff was kind and courteous. The lobby area and hallways were quite nice. The restaurant for dinner is only open for a few hours at night. As well the menu is small. The chicken Caesar salad is not available, the waitress informed the table next us that they had no chicken. The chefs salad has no meat in it. It’s basically a garden salad. We tried to order 10 minutes after the table beside us and were told the kitchen was closed, at 8:30 pm. Thankfully there was a restaurant down the street at a different hotel where we had a delicious dinner. The maids could do better, we found a plastic cap from a deodorant bottle on the floor, and a woman’s fake fingernail on the floor. Surely a vacuum cleaner would have picked that up.

Free shuttle service weaknesses: overcrowded, unreliable pickups at AMS airport, you load your own baggage on bus, goes to 3 Ibis locations but no announcement at each stop which Ibis, signage of each hotel impossible to see from crowded bus. Possibility of extremely limited dinner service on holidays as Easter offerring was hamburger and pizza. Snacks selection minimal and no restaurants nearby. Breakfast offerings were very good.

Revolving entrance door is too small and not convenient for senior/ disabled travelers with luggages. Breakfast area is quite simple and Breakfast is simple as well. Not much choice. Room's furniture is not enough and need to request table and chair. Room tidy up was told that they will do it only every 3 days. Towels will be replaced every 3 nights. Need to request for room tidy up and change towels. Carpet is rather dusty and seems like the room has not vacuumed for sometime. We follow the bus schedule but shuttle bus is not always on time. One shuttle bus driver is very helpful and polite. Others are just stop and go with no waiting time. You need to run to catch the bus. Phone and safety deposit box are not working.
