I stayed here with my grand daughter to attend Formula1. Conveniently located to tour around before and after the race. It’s not fancy but I wasn’t looking for fancy. It’s a unique and hole in the wall kinda place. The front staff was top notch. I’m sorry don’t remember her name but went the extra mile to come find us on our way to the station when we forgot something!! Thank you!!

Location on Damrak was close to everything we wanted to do ! Cafes and Jumbo grocery store within a 2-3 min walk right on Damrak. Very close to the train station (5min) at the end of Damrak for quick access to Schiphol Airport and other places in Europe. Beds were comfortable and there was a coffee machine with lots of choices like lattes, tea and fruit buns on the 1st floor lobby all day. Our room was quaint but comfortable. Bathroom was modern with walk-in shower. Rm 417 had 3 windows looking out onto Damrak that opened. There was an elevator but our room required climbing some narrow stairs to access room. But helpful staff helped us with our bags. Entrance is very narrow with red X. Building built sometime in 1700s. Would definitely stay there again but if you are looking for modern decor this is not the place for you. We loved it!!

Ideal location from train station and surrounding sights. Our room was lovely, spacious, light & bright. The morning light produced a Unique projection of shadowing from the outside buildings onto the wall in our room, it Was beautiful, and very special.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They went out of their way to make up two rooms for us quickly, as we arrived early and were very tired from a long flight. The location is close to shopping and the train station. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin, and other guests were extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night. I reported the issue to the staff, and they did speak to the guests, but there was very little improvement. Even after that, I could still hear loud conversations, music, and noise from rooms farther down the hall, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

Room was clean Air conditioning worked very well. The foyer was having a little work done to upgrade it but it worked well. Free coffee and breakfast buns all morning. Location was great very handy for everything All in all a very nice experience.

Barbara at the front desk was extremely thoughtful. We had our 5 month old son with us and she made sure we were able to use the elevator to our room, she was also able to get us in early after a long travel day all without being asked. It was above and beyond expectations. There is also a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that we were very greatful for. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back for a longer stay in the future.
