Barbara at the front desk was extremely thoughtful. We had our 5 month old son with us and she made sure we were able to use the elevator to our room, she was also able to get us in early after a long travel day all without being asked. It was above and beyond expectations. There is also a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that we were very greatful for. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back for a longer stay in the future.

Amazing hotel! Location is perfect so close to Dam square and central station. Walking distance to everything you need. The staff were FANTASTIC.
