We only stayed for one night, but the staff went completely above and beyond for us. They held our luggage early in the morning so we could head right out and explore Amsterdam, got us checked in ahead of schedule, and even moved our bags directly into our room. The location right on the canal is gorgeous, with incredible views and easy walking access to so many great spots. We would love to come back!

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only caveat was the luggage assistance, which could have been better, as the hotel seemed a bit understaffed in that area. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience.

The view from our window overlooking the canal was beautiful, and I enjoyed sitting there each day reading my book. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Anne Frank House, Dam Square, and Amsterdam Centraal Station. There were also plenty of great shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so we always had lots of options to choose from.
