The location and staff were wonderful! There was more space than the other hotel I was going to book and it also included a small kitchen which was convenient. It doesn’t have air conditioning so we had to open windows and use a fan. One night it was loud because nightlife was close. Overall I would stay there again because of the location and friendly staff.

We are the type of travelers that do not spend much time in our hotel room because we are out and typically return in the evening so as a result of this, but do require the hotel we stay to be in a safe area and feel safe when inside. We also need it to be clean and comfortable and this hotel met those expectation. The staff was courteous and very hands off. Barely looked up when you came in or walked out. The hotel is in a very busy area with a train station nearby. About a 20 minute walk from the Centraal station. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby.

The reception staff is great and very friendly and helpful with whatever they can be. Cleaning staff is lazy, they just give you new towels everyday and put your blanket back straight. But most importantly it’s unbearably hot in the rooms and the fans provided barely do any good, we had to take a 3rd and literally put all three of them half a feet from face on the bed to survive the night
