We had very comfortable sleep. Everything was clean. The bathroom was marbled floored and was very easy to slip and thought it was ver dangerous. No complimentries for the bathroom and basics for the room. We found except for the cleaning staff that everything was remote and not on site. More of a room rental rather than a hotel.

It's a digital access only hotel, but no one was available to contact before arrival or during. Except when fire alarms were going off for around half an hour, someone responded on WhatsApp. Fire alarms kept going off because of a room next door. There were also engineers coming in each morning to check detectors and replace them.. was not contacted about this prior to arrival or during. Cleaning wasn't great, the cleaners don't replace towels or bedding, they just refold them up and mop. I would not stay here again. A shame because the location is great. But if you are going to be a digital access hotel with no staff present, you had better get the logistics and routines spot on.

Do.Not.Reccomend Very disappointing and concerning experience. There was water leaking through the bathroom light fittings, creating a serious electrical and fire hazard, along with ongoing work in a neighbouring room every morning causing noise and disruption. I was relocated, but the new hotel was worse. The room had a broken window covered with tape, a hanging door handle, unstable flooring, mold around the windows and in the bathroom, and was visibly unclean. I also requested a double bed as I’m travelling with a child but was given two single beds that could not be moved together. My family remained in the original hotel despite the electrical issue, which was extremely worrying. There was a clear lack of care or urgency from the hotel, and they have been unresponsive when contacted through Expedia. Overall, I did not feel safe in either accommodation. Very stressful and poorly handled — I would not recommend staying here

The location was definitely a plus — very close to the train, which made getting around convenient. However, the property itself felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. The stairs were also a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the proximity to transportation was great, but the accommodations didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Die Lage ist sehr gut gewesen, der Service im Hotel quasi persönlich nicht vorhanden, da alles online oder mit Spechanlage versorgt ist. Dieser Kontakt allerdings war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Mein Zimmer unter dem Dach war wie gewünscht. Danke für den Aufenthalt!
