The rproerty is perfectly located close to transport, parks, zoo and museums. The staff are friendly. Easy check in and out. I will recommend this hotel because of location, comfort and peacefulness, but not if you need elevator because the stairs are steep.

The rooms are very small and outdated. The bath did not have any shower screen and the toilet was very small with not enough room to move. The room had a squeaking floor with outdated carpet and furnishing. The reception area was under renovation with a strong smell of paint and other stuff. The towels provided were smelly. We booked a room with two single beds for 2 nights however it was not available on check-in The hotel staff did provide another room for the second night, however, it was on the 3rd floor for which the stairs have a narrow step so we ended up not using the second room. The hotel is not too far and is close 10-15 walk to the main shopping area/town center.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam. 20 min walk from Central Train station. Located in relatively quiet area across from a park. Stairs to get to rooms are fairly steep and small, that’s something to be mindful of. Hotel staff & hotel condition were great.

Good place to stay in Amsterdam

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. I have to agree with other reviews I read before, that there is not air-conditioning, which was a little hard when it was really hot, and also those stairs to the upper floors are seriously steep, so if you have trouble with stairs with big suitcases, be aware.

Good location. Hotel has no air conditioning or elevator. Spiral staircase between each of the three floors is very narrow and approximately 18-20 steps. Nice selection of items at continental breakfast.

Amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood that is a convenient walk to the center of the city. Very helpful staff. Room was comfortable. If you have mobility issues, ask for room 1 on the first floor, which is a double but a third bed can be added. Other rooms are upstairs, which requires being able to climb fairly steep stairs. We will be staying here again!
