Did NOT expect reception desk to be “the bar” … but it works! Very helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Everything that we needed worked. Still can’t get used to the small bathrooms in Europe, but they’re adequate. Very convenient location .

Very clean, friendly staff, cosy bar and great character. Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was good, and central location made it easy to reach attractions. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there aren't lifts for every floor and stairs are very steep. Street outside was quite noisy at night, but perhaps quieter on the other side of the hotel. Would 100% stay here again.

Right in the heart of it all so no complaints there. If traveling with family and kids not the best, gets noisy since it’s party town. Bar and staff were excellent, tons of dinning options and things to do. Great location if you are single or a group with no kids.

It is definitely budget level. Very clean. The room is tight and cozy. The "closet" can barely be called one so it's difficult to find room for your stuff. Nicely located close to Centraal station. The included breakfast was decent although sometimes the food was cold even when the buffet had just opened.one creepy thing, they sent me an unsolicited message on Whatsapp a few days before my arrival.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal. It’s a very clean hotel, staff were lovely & the price is very reasonable. I had a single room which was very small but comfortable - en suite was also very small but perfectly serviceable. The breakfast was of adequate quality & there was plenty of food available but the breakfast didn’t open till 8am which I felt was a little late if you are joining a tour/day trip.
