The hotel Okura is very well situated and within an easy walking distance to great neighbourhoods. We also took advantage of the bike rentals offered by the hotel which was an amazing way to see the city. The staff were very helpful, attentive and the rooms were bright, clean and the service again was wonderful. The Terrace restaurant was outstanding (a little pricey) but worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Okura Amsterdam exceeded our expectations. It is easily one of the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed in and, in our opinion, is comparable to a Ritz-Carlton in both the quality of the accommodations and the level of service. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the outstanding sports and wellness facilities. The fitness center, pool, and other amenities were first-class and far better than what you typically find in a luxury city hotel. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to Amsterdam’s major attractions while being situated in a quieter neighborhood, making it easy to explore the city during the day and return to a peaceful, relaxing environment in the evening. If you’re looking for a true luxury hotel in Amsterdam, I would recommend Hotel Okura without hesitation. We travel frequently, and this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Romantic stay for our anniversary and they definitely deliverd a fabulous experience. Everyone we met from our arrival to our departure were so professional, experienced and most importantly very friendly. The food was superb especially their Michelin star japenese restaurant. The pool and spa area were relaxing and quiet which was pleasant. The location is nice and a nice walk to the city centre. It would be nice to see more gluten free options especially in the lounge, however when this was highlighted to Management they listened so hopefully next time we return they have more gf options. Thank you for a fabulous weekend 10/10

Rooms were good, spacious. Attention to detail. Housekeeping prepared the essentials, so much attention from a sleep well card, to the name of the person who prepared your room. Thank you Niculina! Toiletries were all set up, toiletries were restocked whilst I was out. Staff are exceptional, service was 5* Rated it 3* on the basis that my hotel deposit of €100 was not refunded fully, despite not using anything in the room. For a luxury hotel, this was something that shouldn’t have been missed.
