A nice hotel in a convenient location, a short walk from the Anne Frank house. Nearest tram and metro stops are about 500m. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with a typical continental hotel range of options. On site dining is a vegan restaurant, can't comment on that as we tried a range of excellent local alternatives during our stay. The room was a deluxe double. Space was at a premium as typical for an Amsterdam hotel, but it was comfortable. My one criticism would be a lack of clothing storage space; we loved our of suitcases for three days due to lack of hanging space and shelving.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and polite. The breakfast is very good and available during a four hour block. If traveling with a partner it is perfect, but when not, be forewarned that the beds are made up individually but not apart. That was my only complaint.
