Helpful receptionist that wanted to make sure we had a nice stay! The room was cleaned often and properly and nice with change of towels and all that. Could have more hangars or places to unpack clothes but all in all it was a good location for a good value

Excellent location and lovely staff, right in the heart of things. However, unsuitable for anyone with any mobility issues, or having to get luggage up narrow / steep flights of stairs. Rooms are clean, but very basic and small. No dining or bar facilities on the premises, although a 10% discount is offered at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is in a prime location very close to the city centre and pubic transport including the central station. My room was close to the reception desk and faced the main road so it was noisy especially at night. I stayed in a single room which was small however, was ideal as I was staying alone. The bathroom was very clean, but the shower tray did easily flood if you were in the shower too long. I would stay again if I was visiting Amsterdam due to the location of the hotel and compared to other hotels in the area it is cheaper.
