Location was great and a stones throw away from the museum district, staff were kind and it was quiet. The shower head leaked and sprayed a bit but not a deal breaker at all. I would definitely stay again if I were in the city

First impressions on arrival were excellent the hotel reception area was clean, open and airy, were were welcomed by a very efficient receptionist who quickly identified our booking and we were directed to our room. The room and the bathroom were was very clean. The temperature on arrival was comfortable, it was possible to alter settings as required. All the supplied amenities were fully functional. The breakfast was so good well worth it as it set us up for the day, The location suited us very well close to the museums and easy access to the town, we used the tram a lot which was so easy, although no where seemed to far to walk from the hotel once we got our bearings. A really good hotel with friendly and efficient staff.

The best quality is the location. Super close to the museums and trams #2 & #12. The staff is very courteous and supportive. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean and had nice liquid soap, shampoo and, surprisingly, body lotion.
