The room was a bit minimalist, but very serviceable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was only a few blocks from the subway, which you can hop on to get to Central station rather quickly.

The hotel was great, clean, modern, bright, well equipped for travellers. Well stocked self service shop. Easily accessible from Central Amsterdam (4 stops on the Metro) or the more scenic Tram. The food, cocktails and service in the restaurant were really good. The Rooftop bar was lovely but check times as they closed early when we were there! I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Amsterdam!

What a delightful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived on 6/6/2026 the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room (616) was refreshingly clean with crisp, fresh linens and a wonderfully comfortable bed — I slept so well. I loved that the windows were operable; being able to open them for fresh air and listen to the rainstorm made the stay extra cozy and relaxing. The location is great too, with plenty of lovely eateries within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a comfortable, friendly stay in Amsterdam!

We were there a week. Room only cleaned once which only consisted of garbage removal and clean towels. No clean glasses or refreshing of the tea bags. In fact my old tea bag was left in the glass for me. Front desk staff very helpful and polite. Accommodation was comfortable but could use a little more lighting. Location is good-close to Amstel station!

This was a great hotel. It was more of apartment type living. You can check in and check out online. They allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived at 5:30 AM. They have a coffee shop and a restaurant on site and a great rooftop bar. They also have a place to buy snacks and drinks. It is outside of Amsterdam but the train station is a 5 min walk. The only downfall was there are only 2 restaurants we found within walking distance. The food at the hotel restaurant is good just very limited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also laundry on site and they give you free soap. We would definitely stay there again.
